We are connected to RiksjaSoft BV in the Netherlands, for whom we develop software for the retail business in the Netherlands and Belgium. We work with them as we do with our colleagues.We invest significant time and effort in developing and renewing a knowledge base that offers unique perspectives and insights to them.  We do this to help build internal support, get to real issues, and reach practical recommendations. We bring out the capabilities of clients to fully participate in the process and lead the ongoing work.

Wim Krämer,  Chief Executive Officer

After working in IT in the financial sector for 18 years in the Netherlands, he started, together with his brother in law, the company RiksjaSoft BV in the Netherlands.  Wim likes to cooperate with people of all kinds of race, religion and origin. Besides making sure the work is done, he wants to try to give personal and professional growth to the employees.

Wim likes to watch and play football, likes to explore the beauty of Kerala in the weekends and tries to spend as much time as possible with his kids and wife besides his work.

Mieke Greefhorst, Chief Operating Officer

Mieke is Wim’s wife. She works parttime at Riksjasoft Smart Solutions. She also takes care of the 3 children Wim and Mieke have. She has several years of IT experience in the Netherlands. Mieke loves action; next to the work at RickshawSoft, she also is a volunteer at the English Medium School of her children, writes stories and paints when there is time left.
